Nutritionist London.jpg

Hello, I’m Jess

I believe that the power of food can truly help us live our best life, and no one is more deserving of feeling good than mothers and mothers-to-be.

I specialise in fertility, preconception, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition - essentially supporting women on their life changing journey into and through motherhood.

I’ve worked in nutrition almost all of my career, having studied and trained in Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

It’s through my own fertility journey and experience of pregnancy and motherhood that I have come to appreciate what an underserved audience mothers and mothers-to-be are. At the point in our lives when our nutrition matters the most and our nutrient requirements are higher than ever, there is such limited advice and support around eating well. And so my passion for all things perinatal nutrition was born - from optimising fertility to supporting a healthy pregnancy and nourishing mothers on the other side when they need it most.

My approach is always research led and food first. What does this mean? I take the nutritional science we have and turn into practical and easy to action solutions, taking the stress out of eating well and helping you to achieve your goals.

My Bio - a little bit about my background…..

My roots are in psychology which I first studied at the University of Oxford and I continue this love of psychology, with much of my clinical work focusing on postpartum mental wellbeing.

After graduating I spent 10 years as a corporate lawyer, witnessing all around me how our modern ways of working in such high pressure environments can all too easily lead to deteriorating health. From hormones going awry to plummeting energy levels, weight gain to troublesome digestive issues – many of those around me seemed to be in the grips of chronic symptoms with no clear understanding of how to reverse the situation.

This led me to study and train at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, graduating with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy. From the start, I was blown away by everything I learned and the amazing transformations in health that I witnessed first hand in the training clinic. I could see what a difference this information could make and I now feel enormously privileged to work at the forefront of nutritional science and help to empower other women with this life changing information.
